Mind Wellbeing

A Workbook & Manual for Achieving Mental Wellness and Healthy Relationships

Mind Wellbeing is a cutting-edge, practical, and somewhat quirky illustrated self-help book, authored by Sahba.

Learn about healthier ways of thinking, managing your emotions, overcoming anxiety, finding happiness, improving your self esteem, healing past traumas, organising your life and cultivating healthier relationships.

Drawing on years of therapeutic experience, Sahba has painstakingly put together this book to make high-quality mental health education available to all.

Sahba often encourages her clients to study Mind Wellbeing as it offers much of the education and skill-building covered in therapy sessions, but in a more cost-effective and accessible way.

Why do we lose interest in our own inner wellbeing? To me not being interested in the working of one’s own mind is like a person who has no interest in their house being nice to live in, or their body being comfortable.

… our wellbeing is inseparable from the wellbeing of our minds. We can relax and enjoy the ordinary aspects of our lives to the degree to which depression, anxiety or other mental anguish allows us to do so.

Our happiness and unhappiness are quite literally our mental health.
